Malcolm Maxwell - about me!          

I was a very happy member of 'The Players Club' in Bristol and found the golf at that course quite a challenge! At one stage it had a total length of 7600 yards (7015 metres) and with water on 11 holes it was quite a pleasure to come in with a good score. The director of golf - Paul Barrington is a really nice guy and many will know him as the world trick shot champion and UK longest driver.

We decided it would be a good move to live in Spain as the cost of living is lower and the quality of life a lot higher if not for the sun alone!

We live on a golf complex at Costa Esuri with 36 holes to play of the best golf you can find anywhere in the world and some great members. I have had many golf trips to the Algarve and played most of the courses, but this one is close to the best you will experience.

I just want to share this with you and so I have found the best hotel in the area when considering all that needs to go with it, such as evening entertainment! and the best golf courses in the area. You could play the fantastic Jack Nicklaus signature course at Monte Rei in Portugal  about half an hour away but the cost would have to rise a little! Go on - try the holiday, you deserve it - if you have a complaint see me, because I intend to meet everyone who comes over and share a cerveza grande with you!
