Prices quoted are from 01 Oct 2008 to 31 March 2009 (except Christmas week) A 30% deposit of the total is required on booking and the remainder 4 weeks prior to the holiday.
Reservations and Cancellations:
It is absolutely necessary that reservations and cancellations are submitted via telephone (+34 959 328 094) or E-mail (sales@golfluz.com). Golfluz will also confirm and guarantee all reservations and/or cancellations by written form. Cancellation for bookings must arrive 4 weeks prior to the holiday. Cancellation after this time will result in a loss of deposit.
No Shows:
Holidays not used and not cancelled according to the cancellation policy under point 1 will be considered as no show. No-shows will be charged at 100%.
1- Golfers have to arrive at the golf course at least 15 minutes prior to starting time. Golfers who arrive late will lose their starting time. In this case no reimbursement will apply.
2- The client must present a voucher. The original of the voucher will be attached to the invoice. Any service not specified directly on the voucher must be paid directly by the client.
3- Handicap certificates must be provided (28 for gentlemen and 36 for ladies). If handicap is not certificated players may lost their tee time, And the green fee will not be refunded to.
4- All golfers have to respect the "dress code" of the facilities of the golf club. No jeans, No trainers and collared tee shirts.
5- The golf clubs reserve the right to give courtesy to presidents and owners of other clubs.
6- Use of soft spikes is mandatory.
